Brazil - Cafeina Womens Group

Location: Minas Gerais, Brazil
Cultivar: Mixed
Process: Natural
Altitude: 1300 masl

Roaster Notes: This coffee is subtle in flavour, which is unusual for a natural coffee. The flavours of clemantine, fig and dark chocolate are identifiable, but makes for a clean and juicy cup. This is a great coffee for those who like great flavour without the more eccentric flavours that a natural would normally bring. The dark chocolate is a constant across all coffee types. As an Espresso, the clemantine notes really shine through. As a filter, you can get a taste for the fig complementing the citrus.
