a. When you purchase a subscription, you gain access to a the same great coffee 10% cheaper, as a thank you for supporting us. You will also gain access to occasional samples and join our mailing list, allowing you to be the first to know about what's happening.
b. Your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency selected from your purchase date, unless you decide to cancel it before the renewal date.
c. We're committed to providing you with the best, but please understand that we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service as needed.
d. The details of your subscription including the product, recurrence and cost can be found in each invoice.
e. Please contact us if you want to cancel, edit or pause your subscription.
3. Payment
a. Payment for your subscription is due at the time of purchase, processed securely through our trusted payment processor, Wix
b. A new invoice will automatically generate at the frequency you have subscribed to.
c. Occasionally, prices for subscriptions may change, but we'll always inform you beforehand.
d. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly outlined at checkout.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If for any reason you're not, please let us know and we will ensure that we will come to a resolution.
b. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.
c. Rest assured, we'll promptly address any issues with the service not meeting your expectations.
